ELF Tech Support LLC maintains the policy that all service fees are final upon completion of services:

• Service provided that requires follow-up due to the same issue or related to the same issue will be warrantied for up to 14 business days.
• New issues unrelated to prior service will be considered a separate service fee and will be warrantied separately.
